After visiting Zuihoden, we searched for a nearby soba restaurant located on a hillside overlooking the city of Sendai. The restaurant's decoration was very literary and tasteful. We chose a seat by the window, and the view from that seat was beautiful!

The buckwheat noodles here are divided into two types, one is brown rice and the other is white rice. Black is brown rice and white is white rice. You can also choose whether you want cold or hot buckwheat noodles. If you order cold buckwheat noodles, the store will provide a pot of buckwheat soup at the end, which is used to add the remaining buckwheat noodles to the sauce, so that your body can finally drink the warm hot soup. The food and environment are very good. The tempura shrimp for the side dish is very fresh and chewy👍
