Tainan Chimei Museum

Located on the outskirts of Tainan City, the Chimei Museum is a comprehensive museum displaying a diverse collection of Western art, musical instruments, weaponry, animal specimens, sculpture exhibition halls, and special exhibition halls, all of which were long-held by Chimei founder Xu Wenlong.

Access is by taxi, or by walking from Tainan Train Station to Bao'an Station.

Opening hours are listed as 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM, but ticket sales close at 4:00 PM, and the museum closes at 5:30 PM.
