Xiaolong Cultural Park is located in Jiali District, Tainan City. It was previously the warehouse complex of Tainan Jiali Sugar Factory, with a total of 14 warehouses. The cultural space transformed from the old sugar factory buildings includes the Art Center, Siraya Plains Cultural Center, artist residency space, children's art special exhibition space and library, etc. Xiaolong Cultural Park covers an area of ​​13.8 hectares. The former site of Jiali Sugar Factory has been transformed from a historic warehouse complex into a stage for displaying contemporary multicultural culture. After the decline of Taiwan's sugar industry, some old sugar factory buildings became old and abandoned, but after being revitalized and transformed, they have regained their vitality and are now presented to everyone in a completely new and different look.
