Sofitel Haikou

The staff at Sofitel Haikou are super nice. They asked us if we needed more water and brought us several bottles. All the staff at the hotel are very polite. The staff at Kwee Zeen are super nice. They don't ask for your information when you arrive at the restaurant. They let you sit down first and then ask. This is really great. You can see that Sofitel Haikou really cares about their guests. This is what it means to feel at home.
