My first time in Tainan, I had the opportunity to try many types of restaurants, especially local restaurants where locals eat regularly. For breakfast today, we tried a local restaurant as usual because it was close to our accommodation and it was an easy breakfast that was filling. The menu we ordered was something like fish ball noodle soup, sausage that gave a Chinese sausage feel but was not too sweet or dry, stir-fried vegetables, fried eggs, and pork over rice, giving a very dry braised pork feel. Every menu we ordered was delicious. Let's try it. Personally, I really like the fish ball noodle soup. The homemade fish ball is delicious and has a lot of fish meat. But there is no fishy smell at all.
