Yuejin Port | A River's Gentle Whisper

If Yuejin Port is the soul of Yanshui, then at night, it is the soul murmuring in its dreams.

We strolled along the old port, between the twilight and the reflections on the water. There were no crowds of tourists, only the slow breeze and the soft glow of the sky mirrored on the river's surface. In the distance, small boats swayed gently, like old stories unhurriedly unfolding.

The lights along the port were not glaring; they existed quietly, like lines of poetry. The murals on the old houses and the worn stone steps by the port resembled a local prose collection being leafed through.

Yuejin Port is not large, but it is tender. You don't need elaborate plans; just bring curiosity and a touch of imagination, and you will encounter it.

The tranquility here is a kind of scenery that lingers in memory.
