The staff were polite and friendly, providing attentive guidance and detailed explanations for each dish, making the dining experience even more special. With every dish served, they offered simple explanations and recommended items, making it easy to understand and allowing us to fully appreciate the charm of Kaiseki cuisine. True to Kaiseki tradition, the dishes were meticulously prepared and reflected the seasonal essence, served one plate at a time.

The course consisted of appetizers, cold dishes, hot dishes, fish dishes, meat dishes, a main meal, and dessert.
