Dajin Lake, Taining World Geopark

Located in the northwest of Fujian Province, it belongs to Taining County, Sanming City. Dajin Lake Geopark is mainly characterized by Danxia landform landscapes, but also embellished with granite landform landscapes and cultural landscapes. The Dajin Lake tourist area includes five major scenic spots: Jinhu, Shangqingxi, Zhuangyuan Rock, Luohan Mountain, and Taining Ancient City. It is the core component of the 'Taining World Geopark' evaluated by UNESCO, becoming another world-class Fujian tourist attraction following the 'Dual World Heritage' Wuyi Mountain. Dajin Lake is a tourist area that possesses five national-level titles, including National Key Scenic Spot, National 5A-Level Tourist Area, National Geopark, National Key Cultural Relics Protection Unit, and National Forest Park.
