This place is simply the best, it was amazing.

Everything I ate was a storm of emotions.

You can really tell the passion put into each dish.

The sauces are made fresh each time, which is impressive.

The air conditioning is quite strong, so I'll bring a shawl and a knee blanket next time.

But it was so good that I'd consider going to Taiwan just to eat here again.

By the way, I couldn't finish all the dishes 😂

I prefer French cuisine that enhances the natural flavors of the ingredients over one that is heavy on spices, so Ad Astra was the perfect restaurant for me.

This is a place I definitely want you to visit if you go to Taiwan. A restaurant where you can have an emotional dining experience.
