03. Fuhang Soy Milk is a Must-Try Food for Foreigners in Taipei

Soy milk and fried dough sticks are indeed one of the traditional Taiwanese breakfasts. Fuhang is the favorite among tourists and has won the Michelin Bib Gourmand recommendation for many years. It is a restaurant that you have to queue up to eat at on weekdays and holidays. There is no way to avoid the queue, and you have to eat it on the spot!

🌟 There are many types of Fuhang soy milk, and I recommend the following: thick sesame cakes, caramel sweet cakes, and egg pancakes; the specialty of soy milk must be salty soy milk, and personal preferences can be very extreme!

🌟 The most famous is the thick biscuit, as the name suggests, it is really thick, you can taste the old dough that becomes sweeter the more you chew, it is perfect with crispy fried dough sticks, but the fried dough sticks will be oily when cold, so you have to eat it while it is hot😋
✔️ My favorite caramel biscuit is only NT.30

💯 The store has English and Japanese menus. The second floor of Huashan Market is an open dining space. After the expansion, there are quite a lot of seats for indoor use. From queuing to getting food, it can be solved within an hour. Yonghe Soy Milk King in Taiwan, who doesn’t like queuing, is not much different😂

📍No. 108, Section 1, Zhongxiao East Road, Zhongzheng District, Taipei City (2F, Huashan Market)
