Salt Selection Island Flavor Pop-up Store at Fangniang Place

I visited Fangniang Place at Huashan and happened to catch the 'Salt Selection Island Flavor' special exhibition. This exhibition is led by the Jiayi Budai Zhounan Salt Field and brings together salt artisans from all over Taiwan, allowing visitors to rediscover the flavors of Taiwan through salt.

🌊 The Versatile Faces of Salt, from Sun-dried to Hand-fried!
Here, you can find not only familiar sea salt but also unique salts from different regions such as bamboo salt, hand-fried salt, and even 'tree salt.' Each type of salt is made differently and has its own distinctive flavor.

In addition to the 'Salt Selection Island Flavor' special exhibition, Fangniang Place also sells food, essential oils, felted wool, tea leaves, and more. There's even a hidden dessert shop inside where you can enjoy shaved ice, waffles, or a drink!
