Today I challenged Taipei's famous Elephant Mountain Trail! This is the best location for photographing Taipei 101 and is also the filming location for many movies. Although you have to climb a lot of stairs, the scenery is definitely worth it🥹
Tips for climbing:
- It takes about 40-60 minutes to climb the mountain
- Although there are many stairs, they are all easy to walk on, and the handrails are complete
- It is recommended to wear sports shoes!
- Bring a bottle of water, although it is not long, you will sweat
Route introduction:
The starting point is near the MRT Xiangshan Station. At the beginning, you can see a snack bar and the Internet-famous coffee shop % Arabica next to it. You can buy a cup of coffee to refresh yourself before climbing the mountain!
There are stairs all along the way, but each rest platform has railings where you can rest and enjoy the gradually rising view of Taipei City. When you reach the Liujushi Observation Deck, Taipei 101 is right in front of you, which is definitely the best spot for taking photos 📸
Don’t rush down the mountain after climbing. There is a shop selling aiyu at the foot of the mountain. Drinking a bowl of cold aiyu after climbing the mountain is really super refreshing and thirst-quenching! 😍
