I was curious about this bagel shop. It was more delicious than I expected and I was satisfied!

Only Taiwanese flavors are lined up, such as Shikishuncha, milk oolong, margao cheese, brown sugar tapioca milk tea, taro, osmanthus, etc., which are flavors that you rarely see in Japan. I wanted to buy them all, but I couldn't eat that much, so I bought milk oolong and tapioca milk tea flavors and ate them on a nearby bench.

The milk oolong flavor was lighter than I expected, but the bagel dough itself was chewy and delicious. I would probably pass by this if it was nearby. It feels like a higher level than Japanese bagels.

Above all, the brown sugar tapioca milk tea flavor bagel is very delicious, as it is popular. The bagel contains something like a milk tea paste with brown sugar tapioca grains, which is slightly sweet and the best. It went well with the chewy dough, and it was a big hit!

I took the leftovers home and heated them up in the microwave the next day, and they were still chewy and delicious. I also recommend them as souvenirs to take back to Japan.

The staff also spoke to me in Japanese, which was very much appreciated 🙏
