Dumplings take the spotlight this time—I could easily devour three baskets of these steamed dumplings! 🥟 This Dragon Boat Festival, why not enjoy some piping hot steamed dumplings and zhajiangmian for a satisfying twist?
This time, my friends and I visited Fuda Dumpling House. The place was packed during lunchtime, bustling with both locals and foreign tourists. The line was lively, but the turnover was quick, so we didn’t have to wait long to get seated.👌
The biggest surprise was their steamed dumplings—each bite was bursting with juice! You’ll find yourself finishing one basket after another without stopping.🤤 Their mushroom zhajiangmian was also top-notch, with a rich, flavorful sauce and perfectly chewy noodles. Pairing a bite of noodles with a sip of soup was pure satisfaction.
We also ordered the hot and sour soup, which was initially on the mild side. You can adjust the flavor by adding vinegar and chili oil to suit your taste, which was actually a nice touch.👌
If you’re tired of sticky rice dumplings this Dragon Boat Festival, why not try something warm, fragrant, and comforting like this? It’s a great way to celebrate the holiday with a twist.🫶
