🍧 I tried Xiaoshanyuan Matcha Shaved Ice with Grilled Crème Brûlée.

As soon as it arrives, the staff grills the Crème Brûlée right in front of you. It's so fun and soothing.

Overall, it's my ideal example of a "non-sweet" shaved ice.
