【Taipei Yongkang Street Tiger Coffee】Signature Aiyu|Aiyu Coffee|And Peanuts Delayed by Coffee

There are many dining options on Yongkang Street, but the good stuff will still be discovered by locals and even tourists. Little Tiger Coffee has been open on Yongkang Street for several years. But, don’t get me wrong, this store has nothing to do with the Taiwan advertisement of Tiger Coffee that was endorsed by Hong Kong superstar Aaron Kwok many years ago. This refreshing beverage shop - Little Tiger Coffee is named after the child's nickname.

I ordered a serving of homemade pineapple aiyu (NT$55) and a cup of exclusive coffee aiyu (NT$90). After taking the first bite of pineapple aiyu, I will believe why this small shop has so many long-term customers. First of all, the quality of jade can be judged by observing its color and state. The quality of the agarwood from Xiaohu Coffee is absolutely good. It can float on the liquid and has a yellowish-brown color. The rich and light agar is paired with boiled pineapple pulp. It is not overly sweet but has a more fruity flavor. The store also removes the ice from the dish, so your throat will feel comfortable and refreshed after eating it.

In addition, the staff recommended the exclusive coffee aiyu, which really tasted like Sicilian coffee, and every sip filled your mouth with aiyu. It was so smooth that you drank it all without noticing.

The small shop can accommodate about 8 people with seats. It's a good idea to go into the store when there aren't many customers there to have a bowl of aiyu and admire the cute handmade felt paintings on the wall.

A little aside: When I was inside, I noticed that some customers bought several bottles of peanuts at a time instead of the signature aiyu or coffee. While chatting with the store clerk, I learned that the peanuts in their store are the No. 1 best-selling product! Every peanut is personally selected by the store and then roasted. If readers have also bought peanuts from this store, please leave a message to share whether the peanuts are really delayed by coffee 😆
