For me... traveling alone is a special opportunity to be truly with myself.
No need to rush, no need to wait for anyone, no need to follow anyone.
Every step, every moment is listening to your inner voice.

• No need to apply for a visa.
• Public transportation is very convenient.
• Easy and safe to travel, even if you travel alone.
• And most importantly... the food is so delicious that you want to go back again.

📆 4 days 3 nights travel plan (solo backpacking)

🗓️ Day 1: Night flight → Walk around the museum → Sleep in a capsule.
• Arrive at Taoyuan Airport early in the morning.
• Use Taiwan Fun Pass to travel into the city.
• Visit the National Taiwan Museum, an old museum in the heart of Taipei.
• Have a great evening at Din Tai Fung - Taipei 101.
Famous Xiao Long Bao, wait in line but worth it!
• Stayed at Haybear Capsule Hostel, first time sleeping in a capsule – clean, compact but more comfortable than expected

🗓️ Day 2: Art in the Valley & Windy Nature
• Take the Taiwan Tourist Shuttle up north
• Stop by Juming Museum – an open-air museum in the valley, art installations in the middle of nature
• Continue to Yehliu Geopark – strangely shaped rocks, windy but beautiful
• End the day with Shabu in the city – Hai Di Lao Hot Pot, delicious, fun and excellent service

🗓️ Day 3: Fish Market → Temple → Night Market
• Walk in the morning at Taipei Fish Market, eat fresh raw fish
• Stop by Taipei 101, take pictures of tall buildings, walk around the mall
• Pray at Longshan Temple, an ancient temple, ask for peace of mind
• At night, walk around Shilin Night Market, eat, shop, complete!

🗓️ Day 4: High Speed Rail & Time for myself
• First time trying HSR (High Speed Rail) in my life – clean, fast, impressive
• Ended the trip with a leisurely walk
• Met up with Taiwanese friends in the evening before flying back to Thailand
