Taipei restaurant exploration ෆ⃛ TAJ Taj Indian cuisine full of surprises

This is a hidden gem of an Indian restaurant that a friend recommended to me.

The chefs are all hired from India, and my friend said his Indian friends all found the food incredibly authentic and delicious. 🤤🤤🤤
First, their chai tea has a rich tea and milk aroma, and surprisingly, it's not overly sweet at all. It's delicious.

The naan bread is incredibly soft and chewy, and paired with the spinach, chicken, or lamb curry, it's both delicious.

The lamb curry, in particular, has absolutely no fishy smell at all. I absolutely loved it.

I also have to mention their charcoal-grilled chicken thighs—crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and worthy of their signature dish. 💕
After the meal, they came with a small bowl of strawberry yogurt sago, which I found a bit strange and not my favorite.

Overall, dining at TAJ felt like a feast in India. Every dish was carefully crafted, and you could truly experience the essence and flavor of Indian cuisine! Fans of international cuisine absolutely can't miss this delicious Indian restaurant 🤤🎉👍🏻
