Taipei Days — Food, Culture, and City Energy 🏙️🧋

First time in Taipei, and I finally understand why people keep coming back.

This city is such a mix of old and new — one moment you’re sipping bubble tea in a hip café, the next you’re walking through a quiet temple or old street filled with history.

Here are some of my favourite moments: 📍 Elephant Mountain – Hike up for one of the best views of Taipei 101. The sunset here? Absolutely worth the sweat. 🛕 Longshan Temple – peaceful and full of culture. 🚇 Ximending – a lively spot for fashion, street food, and just people-watching. 🍜 Raohe Night Market – grilled pepper buns, stinky tofu, bubble tea… all in one night! 📸 Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall – iconic and photogenic.

And honestly? Taipei is so easy to explore with their MRT system — clean, fast, and convenient. Plus, people were kind and helpful everywhere I went.

Whether you're into food, hikes, shopping or culture — Taipei has a bit of everything, and it never feels overwhelming. Already planning my next trip back!
