The Dadi Hotel in Beitou is one of my favorite hot spring hotels. Their guest rooms offer onsen bathing, but I highly recommend using the rotenburo.

The Dadi Hotel's public bath is spacious and well-planned, featuring individual lockers, changing rooms, a rest area, indoor hot and cold plunge pools, an oven, a steam room, an outdoor rotenburo, and more.

A "rotenburo" is an outdoor hot spring without a roof. Because it's outdoors, the open-air space and the ability to enjoy the outdoor scenery while soaking are its most captivating features.

Although the Dadi Hotel is nestled against a mountain, it lacks the unique beauty of the mountains. Therefore, the hotel has designed its rotenburo in a Japanese garden style, complete with rocks, trees, a wooden roof, Japanese-style garden lights, and a natural artificial snowscape. The atmosphere is still captivating!

After soaking in the hot springs, head to Moon Bay for some hot pot, and you'll have a day of complete spiritual and physical satisfaction!
