Taipei restaurant exploration ෆ⃛ Italian cuisine that you absolutely cannot miss 🍝

La Mole Taipei, nestled in an alleyway in Zhongshan District, boasts Chef Simone Bussone, a Red Shrimp Award-winning chef, making their Italian cuisine even more exciting.

In addition to classic main courses, the menu also features daily specials on the blackboard.

The staff provided detailed explanations and were knowledgeable about the ingredients and cooking methods.

The duck breast, seared to perfection, was incredibly tender and juicy, and was my favorite part of the meal. The appetizers and pasta dishes were also above average.

I ordered the swordfish and vegetable stew, which wasn't on the menu. The ingredients were fresh, and the combination was unique and delicious. 😋

And the dessert, which I absolutely can't miss, is the crispy profiteroles!

Served with sorbet, passion fruit jam, and cream, it was a refreshingly sweet and sour dish that perfectly rounded off the meal.

While the price is high, the taste and service are well worth it.

The overall experience was truly enjoyable, from the ingredients to the service to the atmosphere—it's a place I'd definitely return to.
