The exquisite eight-ingredient appetizer platter was a revelation from the start! Each dish was delicious and generously portioned, and I was probably already 70% full before the main course even arrived. 🤭

The service during the tasting was very attentive, even helping with the dishes (they don't share dishes at formal weddings) and reminding everyone to take photos first. Every dish was delicious, with virtually no disappointments. The "Flowers and Full Moon" dish featured firm, not hollow, sweet potato balls, which was quite unique. The "Buddha Jumps Over the Wall" dish was braised Hong Kong style, resulting in a savory and sweet broth without any cloudiness. The lobster fried rice noodles were not made with rice noodles, but rather wide noodles, so be aware of this.
