When you go to Taiwan, you must not miss the sea of hydrangeas!!! 🌸Yangmingshan is regarded as the back garden of Taipei people. It is famous for its geothermal hot springs and other things. In recent years, the hydrangea fields in Zhuzihu, Yangmingshan are particularly popular. From May to July, when the hydrangeas bloom, everyone rushes in to take pictures👨👨👧👦👨👨👦👦👨👨👧👧. The flower fields are all planted by local farmers. Many of them are open to visitors for a fee, and the ticket price is around NT$100💲.
The most famous of these is the Gao Family Hydrangea Field. Because hydrangeas are almost as tall as humans, the family specially planted a tall flower wall, which is very photogenic. But the consequence of being famous is that there are so many people, and you need to queue up to take pictures 👨👨👧👧It is also quite embarrassing to pose in front of so many people... However, photography enthusiasts can make an appointment by phone during the morning period of 5-8, when there will be fewer people (in order to divert the flow of people, the Gao family has specially opened a larger second park).
Therefore, I recommend the relatively niche 👉Cai Fu Calla Lily Field👈. The owner and staff are super friendly. Compared with other niche flower fields, its layout is more photogenic📷. Although you don’t have to queue like Gaojia Flower Field, it is still recommended to go there on weekdays in the morning when there are fewer people (the light in the morning or evening is also beautiful for taking photos 🌇🌄).
The food in the cafe in the park is very good☕️It is suitable for enjoying the scenery and chatting. If you have time, you can also visit the famous Xiaoyoukeng attraction with sulfurous hot steam.
🕙The best time for hydrangeas is at the end of May, and they bloom until almost the end of June.
🚌During the weekend, there will be traffic restrictions in Yangmingshan. It is recommended to take public transportation to the Caifu Calla Lily Farm.
🕙Opening hours: 9:00-18:00, the first 50 visitors to enter the park last year received hydrangea ornaments~
