Taiyuan Fenhe Park, a national AAAA-level tourist attraction, was established in October 1998. It starts from the Shanglan Fenhe Overflow Bridge in the north and extends to 2 kilometers south of the Yingbin Bridge, running through the entire city of Taiyuan for 43 kilometers, with a width of 220 meters.

Taiyuan Fenhe Park is distributed across several districts including Yingze, Jiancaoping, and Wanbailin. Within the scenic area, there are 24 types of bridges, more than 230 varieties of trees and flowers, and 165 species of birds that inhabit and live in the area. The summer temperature in the region is 3℃-4℃ lower than the city, and the relative humidity increases by 10%-20%. Fenhe Park is a waterfront park formed after the water conservancy management and greening beautification of the Fenhe section in Taiyuan city, becoming a large-scale ecological and cultural landscape corridor that integrates leisure, tourism, fitness, and sightseeing.
