Retro Stroll in Takaoka, Toyama

Takaoka City in Toyama Prefecture has two traditional building preservation districts, making it an ideal place for a day trip and a retro stroll.

My personal favorite is the Otera Kohachiro Store in Kanayamachi.

You can purchase traditional crafts and antiques here, but they also offer a cafe in the back room where you can enjoy sweets and tea while gazing at the garden of the historic building.

Since there are relatively few tourists, it's recommended for those who want to enjoy a quiet and leisurely retro stroll and cafe experience!
