Gifu - You can eat chewy soba noodles 🤎

Daiki is a restaurant in Takayama, Gifu Prefecture!

The interior of the restaurant is traditional and calming, and is recommended for foreign tourists too!

There are a variety of menu items, including udon, soba, set meals with Hoba miso, and Gifu's famous Hida beef!!

I ordered tempura soba and Hida beef nigiri 🥹
First, I tried the soba, and was impressed by its chewy texture 🥰🥰
It was almost as chewy as udon!
The mountain vegetables and shrimp tempura were also crispy and delicious^ - ^

The Hida beef nigiri melted in my mouth

2 rolls were not enough😂

It seems that dogs are also allowed in🐶

The staff were also kind and I would like to come back to eat

It's a wonderful restaurant💟
