📍Hida Takayama Miyagawa Morning Market

A local market located right next to Miyagawa River in Hida Takayama.

Here, you can find a lot of fresh vegetables, gourmet foods that are perfect for eating on the go, and folk crafts such as Sarubobo🐒

It's not a very large market, but it seemed to be quite busy from the morning.

Even after walking just a few meters, everything looked delicious, from chewy oyaki and meat buns made with Hida beef to rich puddings...❣️
I ate everything that looked delicious👊

Sarubobo are said to be good for good relationships, safe childbirth, and warding off evil, and there were cute ones lined up, so I picked one up🐒

Local vegetables were also sold at a very low price, so I bought some🥕
