Hikari Museum: This museum itself is beautiful to photograph from anywhere.
Located in a hilly area, the Hikari Museum is a registered museum approved by the Gifu Prefectural Board of Education. As a combined museum and art gallery, it has attracted many visitors in recent years due to its photogenic nature.
The museum's exterior is reminiscent of a Mayan pyramid, and the interior hall also features a pyramidal shape, with a circular fountain and a twelve-pointed star ceiling, creating a mystical atmosphere. It feels like a museum with a "rich" feel.
The quality of the collection surpasses that of most national art museums. It offers detailed presentations on various ancient civilizations, including the lesser-known Mesopotamia, Aztec stone carvings, and even Egyptian statues of Pharaoh Ramses II. Furthermore, the museum also features Japanese ukiyo-e and Western oil paintings, all of which are of astonishing quality.
