Because of, Your Name

❄️This is my second time visiting this city; last time I rushed through, but this time I can finally stroll around peacefully.

I learned about this shrine because of "Your Name"~ And Takayama City is truly perfect for a winter visit!✨

💫"Your Name" Holy Site Pilgrimage
📍Hie Shrine
Address: 156 Shiroyama, Takayama
Stepping into the shrine, I was instantly awestruck! The snow-covered torii gate and stone steps are exactly like in the anime. It's recommended to come in the early morning when there are fewer tourists, and you can witness the stunning scene of morning light piercing through the cedar trees 🌅

💫Edo-style Experience
📍Takayama Jinya
Address: 1 Chome-5 Hachikenmachi
This place preserves a local government complex from 400 years ago, and strolling through the snow-covered scenery feels particularly like traveling back in time. Remember to enter before 16:00~ You can also buy super sweet Takayama apples at the morning market in front of Jinya 🍎

🍱Food Recommendations:
Hida beef nigiri sushi is a must-try! "Ajikura Tengoku" near Jinya is super authentic.
When in Takayama, you must try local sake. Recommend "Sansha" sake 🍶

📸Photo tips:
Wearing a red or dark-colored coat will make for the best photos in the snow.
An upward shot of Hie Shrine's stone steps best recreates the anime scene.
