[Hyogo] Tamba Sasayama - No guilt? A popular ramen shop with a gentle taste🍜

A ramen shop near the Tanba Sasayamaguchi Interchange 🍜
Their niboshi ramen seems to be popular,
so I ordered soy sauce and salt ✨️

The flat, smooth noodles, which seem to be made with whole wheat flour,
and the light, salty soup, accented with white scallions, were delicious.

The pork slices in the ramen
were chewy and tender,
and the savory roasted pork rice bowl and rice soaked in sauce were both delicious 🤤

The light, gentle taste of the niboshi meant I could drink the ramen to the very last drop without feeling guilty.
