During this trip to Dangsan,
the locals recommended that I visit!
It's Baerin Historical and Cultural Street ✨

This is not just a simple street,
It's a historical and cultural street that combines modern and contemporary history and traditional Chinese style,
centered around the site of **Baerin Girls' Middle School, a Christian girls' school 100 years ago**
Restored + decorated with a retro sensibility.

🏫 A street where old buildings are alive
Among the antique brick buildings,
Red roof tiles, traditional signs, and old posters are still there!
It's fun to walk in an atmosphere where time seems to have stopped.
There are also school relic exhibition halls here and there,
So looking at old school uniforms and graduation photos is a unique experience✨

📷 Lots of photo spots! There are many props such as sentimental signs, bamboo walls, Chinese calligraphy, and retro bikes and umbrellas, so it's fun to take pictures.
The atmosphere is even better if you visit after experiencing Hanfu!

🍵 Cafe & tea house with a great atmosphere
There are tea houses, dessert shops, and small souvenir shops here and there,
and traditional Chinese music plays,
so it's nice to take a break while taking a slow walk :)

🎪 Events & Performances
If you're lucky, you can see a weekend night market
or small traditional performances/busking.
At night, the street lights come on softly, creating the best atmosphere!
