On the banks of the Tangwang River in Tangwanghe District, Yichun City, Heilongjiang Province, is China's first national geological park - Tangwang River National Park. Jiuxin Cave Wine Cellar is located in Tangwang River District, which is also the source bay of Tangwang River. The water quality is excellent and the humidity in the cellar is suitable for brewing and preserving wine. Since blueberries are abundant in the area, blueberry wine is the main product.
Following the staff, we visited the Jiuxin Cave Wine Cellar. The wine cellar, with its unique geographical location and natural cave storage conditions, produces fine wines with unique flavors. The air circulation in the cave is slow and the temperature is constant, which is very suitable for the growth of microorganisms. Its special ecological environment has obvious effects on purifying the wine body, increasing the mellowness of the wine body, and sublimating the quality of red wine. Tourists picked up their glasses and tasted the blueberry wine from Tangwang County.
