Luzhu Doctor's House

Address: No. 1632, Section 2, Longan Street, Luzhu District, Taoyuan City

Introduction: In the past, it was the residence of the prefect in the late Ming and early Qing dynasties. It belongs to the Huizhou style of architecture, which means that the so-called "Huizhou style of architecture" is one of the traditional Chinese architectures. The Huizhou merchants were most prosperous in business during the Ming and Qing dynasties. After returning home with wealth, they built large-scale construction in their hometowns, and built exquisite mansions and gardens to glorify their ancestors. Therefore, it is a common residential building in the Huizhou area. It was later bought by a Taiwanese collector and shipped back to Taiwan for reassembly. Currently it is a coffee shop.

Opening hours: Tuesday to Sunday 13:00~19:00, closed on Monday

Ticket price: 100 yuan, can be used to redeem drinks in the museum

My experience: I was really amazed when I went there for the first time. It is a very beautiful tourist attraction. There are many architectural wonders inside. It is suitable for parents and children to come here to appreciate the architecture and drink coffee. It is also one of the secret attractions in Luzhu, Taoyuan.
