The fifth Asahi Central Kama Store of the largest catering group in Taiwan, Xiangbin, has opened (the location is second only to Kaohsiung and Tianmu)

I haven't been to Asahi since the opening of Xinzhuang Xiangxiang and Xiang A🤣

Although the environment of the Taoyuan store is not as spacious as the Kaohsiung store, the high-ceiling environment and bright and vivid color layout still feel different from the three stores I have eaten before

Let's talk about the limited dishes of the Taoyuan store
Edo-style Tamagoyaki (worth a try), using the traditional Japanese Edomae technique, mixed shrimp paste, yam, eggs and other ingredients, and used a two-stage steaming and baking method to create a soft texture like honey cake

Chikuzen Niburi, a traditional local cuisine from the ancient Chikuzen Province (now Fukuoka Prefecture), chicken thighs, konjac and various root vegetables are braised together with sauce to make them salty, fragrant and sweet

In addition, there is a limited-time miso fried crab (swimming crab)!

Due to the limited environment of Zhongmao, the dining table extends inwards on both sides after entering the entrance, so it takes a lot of energy to pick up the food! But compared to the Xinyi store, it is still much more spacious!

The fried food area has more items than the Xinyi store, including fried abalone and grilled large intestine (so delicious ❤️)

The fresh food area has snow crab legs, and the hand roll area has scallops and sea urchin burgers

The taste of the food in the four branches is similar, which is quite amazing 👍👍👍

The dessert items are similar, and there are room temperature snacks and soft serve ice cream like the Zhubei and Kaohsiung stores!
