Japanese-style sanctuary in Taoyuan City

There are many other places worth visiting in Taoyuan. Another place we would like to recommend is:

“Taoyuan Martyrs' Shrine and Cultural Park”

It has a Japanese atmosphere under the shady trees and a market selling cute things on weekends.

How to get there:
From Taoyuan Railway Station, take bus number 168 or 168A for about 20 minutes.

Review:
- The place is not very big, but it has history and Japanese-style architecture that are worth seeing.
- If you want to take pictures without other tourists, we recommend going on weekdays because on Saturdays and Sundays, there will be a lot of tourists and there may be a market as well.
- Before entering the place, we recommend washing your hands with water from the pond provided by the place.
- The building inside may not be very big, but you can sit and relax and take pictures.
- There is a small coffee shop outside.
