The rice grains in the risotto have a great texture, and the sauce is well-reduced, locking in the flavors. The chicken is tender, and the clams are large. Adding a bit of spice enhances the taste—highly recommended! ✅

➡️ Spicy Mentaiko Shrimp Risotto $269
I must say, the chef’s plating is very thoughtful. The shrimp are already peeled, which is a big plus. This dish is better than what I recently had at an Italian restaurant near Zhongshan Station. This flavor is top-notch 👍🏻. I’ll definitely order this again next time, perhaps trying it with spaghetti instead 😋.

➡️ Herb Butter Seared Pork Tongue Tagliatelle $259
I didn’t realize this was pork tongue! It’s my first time trying it. I’ve had beef tongue before, but it’s usually thinly sliced and doesn’t leave much of an impression. The pork tongue here is thick and has an amazing texture—soft, tender, and evenly coated with fat. However, it does have a distinct pork flavor 🐷🐷🐷. I’d say this is a unique taste you won’t find elsewhere 🤣.
