Enjoy a leisurely Taiwanese meal at Postman in Zhongli

Although we were told we couldn't wear slippers at Chai Gong Guan upstairs, we ended up eating at Postman Bistro on the first floor. It specializes in Italian-Taiwanese cuisine, but it was surprisingly delicious! Locals also eat there, and my friend is such a savvy eater, so we ordered every dish we could think of!

🍽️ The semi-open kitchen is immediately eye-catching with the oven-baked food. The bread is European-style bread from the renowned Anders Bakery in Zhongli. It's crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, perfect for dipping in olive oil or with any other sauce, and it was perfect for my friend's taste for European bread. 🥖

🥗We all loved the "Grilled Vegetable Kale Salad with Mustard Vinaigrette and Smoked Pork Belly." The salt-and-pepper garlic fries with basil and cheddar cheese were a real Taiwanese touch. The other dishes listed below were all delicious and cleared out!
