The plov trip in Tashkent was completed at Besh Qozon.
This is not just a simple restaurant,
but a place where traditional Uzbek food is alive and well, a place of local pride.

👀 A local restaurant full of local atmosphere
As soon as you arrive, you are overwhelmed by the scene of plov being cooked in five large pots at the same time.
As the name suggests, plov is made in ‘five pots’
It is intense in size, smell, and atmosphere.
Since the kitchen is open,
You can even see them stirring the rice with a large ladle.

🍚 What does plov taste like?
Rich and deep-flavored lamb fat
Rice with finely chopped carrots and rice
The slightly pressed texture of the rice grains is addictive,
and the meat is soft and has no gamey smell at all.
If you mix the eggs, whole garlic, and peppers that come with it to your taste,
the layers of flavor will keep changing in one bowl.
