Turtle Lake, Chill Walks Above the City

#summervacay Took a casual stroll around Kus Tba (aka Turtle Lake) in Tbilisi, Georgia, and it was such a peaceful little escape. It's up in the hills, so the air feels a bit fresher and the views down toward the city are awesome, especially at sunset. The lake itself is small, but it’s got this nice calm energy, just enough nature without going full-on hiking mode.

The walking path around the lake is flat and easy, perfect for a lazy loop or two. Families were out, couples holding hands, joggers doing their thing, it had that relaxed local park feel. There’s also a few little cafes and stalls for snacks or drinks, so you can grab an iced coffee and just hang out lakeside.

You can hike up from Vake Park if you’re feeling active, or just take the cable car, both are fun options. It’s not a huge adventure, but it’s definitely a sweet spot to unwind for an hour or two. Super chill.
