The highest point in the Cappadocia region is the Uchisar Castle, overlooking the breathtaking valleys and rock formations. It has been the main point of defence for centuries, and these days you can climb to the top for an astonishing panorama of the landscape.

Climb to the top through the volcanic rock staircase through multiples rooms of the castle. Inside the castle, there is also a cafe with tea and freshly made local pancakes.
