🌼 You should definitely spend a month in Xinjiang to witness the various shades of blue at Sayram Lake. Walk through the colorful flowers of Fairy Lake, climb the rolling hills and matcha-colored meadows of Qasi grassland, and encounter the pink and purple sunset after the rain in Joan Kushtai.🌼

🌟 Travel Tips:
1. There is a large temperature difference between day and night, especially when it rains, so bring a jacket or a light down jacket;
2. The UV rays are very strong, so be sure to take sun protection measures;
3. If conditions permit, it's best to drive into the scenic areas for more flexible travel time;
Food Recommendations:
🌟[Mafenghua Big Plate Chicken · Xinjiang Cuisine]
The portions are super generous, and its flavor has captivated both locals and tourists alike😋.
👉Big Plate Chicken: The chicken is tender and juicy, the potatoes are soft and flavorful, and when mixed with chewy noodles, the taste is simply amazing!
👉Muslim Cold Cake: Walnuts, raisins, and other nuts blend perfectly with glutinous rice cakes, creating a fragrant and sweet treat that's not too rich.
👉Drinks: Yogurt shaved ice, mint tea, and rose tea are all Xinjiang specialties, perfect for refreshing your palate.
🌟[Nurman Fig Pilaf]
The pilaf here is crystal clear, each grain distinct, and the meat portions are very generous.
👉Lamb Pilaf: With added figs and carrots, it has a hint of sweetness. The rice is slender, the lamb is tender and fragrant, and the flavor is just right!
👉Thin-Skinned Buns: The skin is super thin, filled with juicy and flavorful lamb that's not gamey at all!
🌟[Loulan Secret Roast]
Although it specializes in barbecue, it offers a wide variety of dishes! It adds some flavor variations to the traditional Xinjiang cuisine, making it even more diverse.
👉Loulan Purple Grapes: With a sour taste, these are winter melons cooked and soaked in grape juice, served icy cold.
👉Loulan Rack of Lamb: The meat is super tender, served with onions. The portions are quite large, starting from half a kilogram.
👉Yogurt Zongzi: Thick yogurt wraps glutinous rice, offering a refreshing and sour taste.
