There are thousands of grasslands across the country,
so why is the Xinjiang grassland the "ceiling"?
Because this is not just a "grassland"
but a three-dimensional surround natural symphony!
Now is the perfect time to come!
Let's step into the summer grasslands of Xinjiang together!
Nalati Grassland (Yili)
〓 Keywords: Sky grassland, snow mountains, and sea of flowers
〓 Highlights: Average summer temperature around 20℃, wildflowers bloom everywhere from June to August, like a colorful carpet. Recommended to ride horses through the valley or stay a night in a Kazakh yurt to experience nomadic life.
〓 Tips: Tickets need to be booked in advance, convenient shuttle buses inside the scenic area.
Kalajun Grassland (Tekes)
〓 Keywords: Human-shaped grassland, three-dimensional landscape
〓 Highlights: A World Heritage site, the undulating grassland curves resemble "earth sculptures." Hike or ride horses through "Falcon Terrace" and "Flower Terrace," every shot is a masterpiece.
〓 Tips: It’s recommended to visit Qiongkushitai together, the scenery along the way is stunning.
Bayinbuluke Grassland (Bayingolin)
〓 Keywords: Nine bends and eighteen turns, Swan Lake
〓 Highlights: China’s second largest grassland, at sunset you can see the "Nine Suns" phenomenon on the Kaidu River. Cool in summer, with a breathtaking starry night.
〓 Tips: You need to take sightseeing buses in the scenic area, bring a windbreaker (it’s windy in the evening).
Qiongkushitai (Tekes)
〓 Keywords: Primitive village, fairy tale wooden houses
〓 Highlights: Undeveloped, the fir forest and grassland under the snow mountains complement each other, perfect for hiking or daydreaming. The back mountain is a hidden secret with unbeatable views.
〓 Tips: Some roads are rugged, an SUV is recommended.
Zhaosu Grassland (Yili)
〓 Keywords: Heavenly horse bathing in the river, sea of rapeseed flowers
〓 Highlights: In July, millions of acres of rapeseed flowers bloom, and the daily "Heavenly Horse Bathing in the River" show (herds of horses splashing and galloping) is a must-see!
〓 Tips: Combine with a trip to the Xiata Ancient Trail, glaciers are within sight.
This summer,
if you can only choose one place to escape the heat,
Xinjiang grasslands are definitely worth it.
The breeze blowing through the blue sky and green grass is much more comfortable than air conditioning!
This is what summer should be like!
I really want to keep the most beautiful you in Xinjiang’s summer~
Stay in that moment when the wind blows the grass low~
Which Xinjiang grassland do you long for the most?
