Wat Tham Suea is located in Tha Muang District, Kanchanaburi Province. It is an ancient temple with a history dating back to 1971. There is a large Buddha statue in the blessing posture enshrined on a hill, along with a Thai-style octagonal chapel decorated with beautiful patterns and a 69-meter-high and 29-meter-wide Kesa Kaew Maha Prasat pagoda, which is large and impressive. From the hill, you can see a wide view of the lake and the surrounding Vajiralongkorn Dam. For those with poor ankles, the temple has an elevator to go up and down the hill for 10 baht per person. Wat Tham Suea is a very famous temple where you can see European and Asian tourists coming to see its beauty and sacredness. What is strange is that almost everyone in the temple will line up to make merit and have the monk rub their wrists. #Secret location #Worship and ask for blessings #Beautiful temples in Thailand #Thai temples #Kanchanaburi
