Important ancient temples in Kanchanaburi Province 🔅🔆

🏔️It is considered an ancient temple with a history since 1971. It was originally just a small monastery located in a cave on a mountain. There is evidence that there are many broken laterite Buddha images in the cave. These Buddha images were damaged by the Burmese army hundreds of years ago.

🌤️The important highlight of Wat Tham Suea is the large golden Buddha image in the blessing posture, enshrined on a hill, through three Naga stairs, which are the passageway to climb the mountain. Each of these stairs has 158 steps. There is also a Thai-style octagonal chapel with a beautiful design.

⚡️Another important highlight is the Kesa Kaew Maha Prasat Chedi, which is an octagonal pagoda that is 69 meters high and 29 meters wide. There is a spiral staircase that can be used to walk up to the top floor. The floor enshrining the relics of the Lord Buddha that were invited from India
