Travel to Phi Phi Pileh Lagoon, a dream destination for many people.

When I told people I was heading to Phuket and Phi Phi Island during Thailand’s low season, the responses were pretty mixed—“Won’t it rain all the time?” “Isn’t everything closed?” I went in with low expectations, but honestly? It was way better than I imagined.
Yes, there were some cloudy days and short bursts of rain, but here’s the thing—the rain rarely lasted more than 5 minutes. Sometimes, it felt like a quick rinse and then the sun would peek right back out. I still got to watch dreamy sunsets, soak up strong UV rays (got a pretty solid tan!), and enjoy warm, clear waters that looked just like the postcards.
There was still plenty to explore!
If you’re okay with a little unpredictability and a lot of adventure, I’d honestly recommend visiting during low season. Pack a light rain jacket, some sunscreen, and an open mind—you might just fall in love with this side of Thailand too 🌴🥥
Of course, different parts of Thailand experiences different weather situations. Quick tip: check for daily weather updates from creators on TikTok to have a rough gauge!
