The St. Regis Tianjin Hotel
True St. Regis floor experience. The geographical location is very good, close to the Haihe River. The exterior design was undertaken by the internationally renowned SOM company, whose empty cube design echoes the concept of "Tianjin Gate".
The St. Regis Tianjin still retains the 🧑💼butler service and 🍾nightfall ceremony experience. If you want to experience opening champagne with a sabre, make an appointment with the front desk when you check in! Butler service includes 👔 clothing ironing, 🧳 luggage sorting, 24-hour ☕️ coffee and tea, etc.
Transportation
🚇 Line 4 Jinjie Station 730 meters, 11 minutes walk. It is about 1.4 kilometers by taxi from Tianjin Station.
Room
Birthday week + early App chat, upgraded to the top floor suite, the butler gave 🎁 a small gift, 🍰 cake (not delicious) and 🌹 room decoration.
Although the room facilities are old, it is ridiculously large. The L-shaped living room is larger than the bedroom and has a separate luggage room. One of the doors in the room leads to a meeting room on the top floor. If there is a meeting during your stay, you will hear the noise from next door. The room also had signs of leaks and the floor and furniture were peeling off. But this time it was Trip Coins exchange, so these minor issues were nothing...
Gym & Swimming Pool
🏃The gym and swimming pool are both on B1, and I searched for a long time after getting off the elevator. Because it was summer, B1 was very hot and stuffy. The facilities of the gym are relatively old. The attractions near the hotel include the Ancient Culture Street, Porcelain House, etc., which can all be reached on foot. The night market by the Haihe River is very lively at night, with food and entertainment.
Breakfast
🍽️Breakfast is in the buffet restaurant on the 1st floor. It's really not tasty... Maybe it's the problem of this St. Regis, including the small birthday cake made of vegetable cream... It's better not to give it... The snacks made on site are hand-pulled pancakes and Shin Ramen... It's hard to describe, the open kitchen floor looks greasy, and the lids of many meals are so hot that there is no cloth to cover them... Breakfast is very disappointing... I hope other St. Regis can heal my pain.
