OMG! Escaping the 38℃ heat into this forest, I really don't want to leave! I'd long heard that summer here is 23℃, and I finally couldn't resist rushing over! The moment the car door opened, that cool air seeped into my bones, instantly blowing away all the stickiness~

Strolling slowly along the forest boardwalk, listening to the gurgling stream, looking up to see cascading waterfalls, taking a few steps and snapping some photos, it's both cool and comfortable, and I felt completely refreshed and healed~

🍃I recommend spending 2 days here. The scenic area is 'Y'-shaped, and I've sorted out the routes for you:
Day 1 (East Line): Drive directly to Luming Hotel and start exploring from there—Kaimenshi Waterfall is incredibly majestic, next to Gongtong Mountain Residence, you can see rare Dove Tree flowers, Leizhou Peninsula and Yezhou Island are perfect for forest-themed blockbusters, and finally, end at the Blue Crystal Grand Waterfall. This entire route is shaded by trees, so it's not sunny at all!
Day 2 (West Line): First, go to Hetaoping Visitor Center and take a sightseeing bus, then take the cable car up to the mountaintop. The sea of clouds at Jiaoshan Observation Deck is absolutely stunning; if you're lucky, you can see clouds floating beneath your feet~ On the way down, don't forget to visit Deer Pond. The emerald green water is like a mirror, surrounded by dense forest; you might even spot water deer coming to drink, just like in a fairy tale!

The suspension bridge at the entrance of Luming Hotel (stand in the middle for a green background), Forest Story Museum (wooden architecture with great ambiance), Bishuiwan (the stream is crystal clear, perfect for reflections), Red Stone Beach (red stones with green water, vibrant colors), Tree of Life (unique tree shape, like an open hand), Deer Pond Lakeside Trail (stunning reflections on the water, looks like a symmetrical painting), Blue Crystal Waterfall (distant view with mountains, full of layers). Don't miss Kaimenshi Waterfall and Yezhou Island either; every spot has a surprise~

⛳️The location is Erlang Mountain Labagou Scenic Area. It's about a 3-hour drive from Chengdu, perfect for a weekend trip!

💡Practical tips:
• There are many monkeys in the mountains; never hold food in your hands or open your bag in front of them, or they'll snatch it!
• Definitely bring mosquito repellent! Mosquitoes in the forest are fierce. Also, pack a lightweight raincoat, as it might rain at any time.
• For accommodation, Luming Hotel or Blue Crystal are top choices. At night, you'll likely see water deer coming near the hotel to find food, offering a super close encounter!
• Wear comfortable athletic shoes. There's a lot of walking in the scenic area, so avoid sandals, as branches might scratch you.
