Fluffy omelet rice at a retro cafe in Ginza

Cafe You is located behind the Kabukiza Theater in Ginza.

It has a retro exterior with a neon sign that blends Japanese and Western styles. I had their specialty omelet rice and lemon squash 🍋 The omelet rice is a fluffy egg on top of a thin layer of bread. The food is brought out quickly and efficiently. The omelet rice is the best when you sit on a retro chair covered in velour ✨
