A very large park on the border between Tokyo and Chiba, overlooking Disney Resort on the opposite bank.

There are food stalls and cafes ☕️ and lots of people having picnics, creating a nice atmosphere 🎵

I also recommend looking out at the ocean from the beautiful, transparent Crystal View building.

There's also an aquarium on-site, so you can enjoy it all day!
