Kawazu Cherry Blossoms Along the River in Skytree Town
This is the spot you often see on social media!
There are two Kawazu cherry trees, so you can take a photo of them with Skytree.
There are many people with cameras and smartphones taking photos.
Photography Tips:
If you're using a smartphone, try using a wide-angle lens and pointing it upwards!
For cameras, we recommend using a wide-angle lens, as well as older lenses, to capture unique shots.
*Tripods are not permitted, so you'll need to shoot handheld.
A brighter lens with a low F-number will make the photo even easier!

Access: 5-minute walk from Oshiage Station
There is paid parking nearby.
There are also many restaurants and shopping malls!

Taito Ward Sumida Park
This is on the opposite bank of the Sumida River!
While this park is famous for its Somei-Yoshino cherry blossoms, we're introducing a towering weeping cherry tree.
Weeping cherry trees bloom earlier than the Somei-Yoshino, and the park is still open during this time, so we highly recommend it.
There are streetlights, so you can take beautiful photos with your smartphone.

Access: Approximately a 10-minute walk from Asakusa Station
There is paid parking, vending machines, and public restrooms nearby.

Kyu-Nakagawa River
This is the famous spot for the Skytree and cherry blossoms, and if you walk towards Edogawa Ward, you'll come across this spot!
It's quite a walk from the Skytree, so we recommend taking a leisurely stroll or taking a taxi.
During the day, it's bustling with people taking portraits! At night, there aren't many people around, so you can take your time taking photos!
A 100mm lens will allow you to take beautiful photos with the Skytree.
Access: Approximately 45 minutes' walk from Tokyo Skytree.
It's a 5-minute walk from a paid parking lot.
